MEMPERSIAPKAN DIRI MENGHADAPI PERSAINGAN TENAGA KERJA LOKAL DENGAN TENAGA KERJA ASING

Tahun 2016, MEA (Masyarakat Ekonomi Asean) sudah berlaku di Indonesia. Dengan adanya MEA ini berarti akan banyak tenaga kerja asing yang datang ke Indonesia untuk bersaing bersama tenaga kerja lokal dalam mencari pekerjaan. Data menunjukkan bahwa jumlah tenaga kerja asing pada tahun 2017 berjumlah 85.947 orang jumlahnya meningkat dibanding tahun 2015 yang berjumlah 77.149 orang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa banyak WNA (Warga Negara Asing) yang mencari pekerjaan di Indonesia. Sedangkan jumlah WNI (Warga Negara Indonesia) yang mencari pekerjaan juga tidak sedikit. Banyaknya WNI yang mencari pekerjaan ditambah WNA yang juga mencari pekerjaan di Indonesia tentu akan membuat semakin sulit dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan dan timbul persaingan antara tenaga kerja lokal dengan tenaga kerja asing. Maka dari itu bagi para calon tenaga kerja lokal dituntut untuk memiliki kemampuan lebih agar nantinya dapat bersaing dengan tenaga kerja asing. Review Film "A Street Cat Named Bob"

Sypnosis James Bowen is a homeless man and former heroin addict, living on the streets of London, and down to his last bits of change. After a life-threatening, drug-related, incident, his support worker, Val, in an attempt to get him off the street, gets him into a council flat and prescribes him on methadone. On his first night in his flat, James discovers a cat rifling through his food. Assuming he had escaped from somewhere, James tries to return the cat to his real owners. After letting him go, the same evening, the cat returns to James's flat, this time, with a purulent wound on his back leg. Worried, James consults his animal-loving, but allergic, neighbor, Betty. Active sentence (active voice) is a sentence where the subject of his work, by contrast, passive sentence (passive voice) is a sentence where the subject was subjected to the job by the object of the sentence. Active voice is more often used in daily life compared with the passive voice. However, often we find the passive voice in the newspapers, articles in magazines and scholarly writings. Passive voice is used because the object of the active voice is more important information than his subject. Example : Active : We fertilize the soil every 6 months. Passive: The soil is fertilized by us every 6 months. From this example we can see that: 1.      Object of the active voice (the soil) becomes the subject of the passive voice 2.      Subject of the active voice (we) became the object of the passive voice.
